Greet Hotel Colmar

The location was perfect and magnificent, so close to the restaurant and the breakfast. the room was well-equipped and brand-new with a synthetic duvet. - Had a good night's sleep.

The sheets were clean, although the comforters ontop of the beds were stained. We had a corner room with lots of windows for a cross breeze

The first disappointment was that the room did not look like the one in the website. The staff was not helpful. We had problems with the electricity in our room, and they stuffed 4 people into a room built for two. The bathroom was too small, I'm a small person and I did not even have room to turn around in the shower, plus the whole bathroom started to smell like a urinal as soon as the humidity from the shower built up. My family and I were disappointed at the outset, but would have been less disappointed if the staff were more accomodating and interested in serving the guests instead of just collecting the hotel fee. The bedcovers were stained.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Location is a about 10 minutes walk from town centre, but an easy walk.

The location was particularly good, in a central location easy to find from the autoroute. the bed was good. - the rooms were well-designed and a decent size with required things like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

It was clean and w a good breakfast.

Very dreary and and small room. Not very inviting hotel and lobby. Also very close to busy road so very noisy at night if window was open. Would not recommend hotel to anyone.

The property was ideal with exceptional staff. the breakfast had a wide array of excellent options and was delicious. - the location away from town center was great.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the Colmar train station, and 20 minutes to the interesting parts of the city. It is set up for drivers; if you're walking, study the map carefully.

A clean,pleasant little hotel about 15 minutes walk from the old centre of Colmar.Room a bit small but very clean.Staff excellent - polite,plesant and helpful. Very close to the motorway for Frieburg,Mulhouse,Germany and Switzerland. Also a very good base for the Alsace Wine route. Need a car for getting around. We found the range of food on offer to be very good - handy to be able to eat in the hotel if the weather is not good enough for walking.Overall - I'd go back.

Nothing other than the room we had was a bit cramped.

Great location, just a short walk from a charming area called Little Venice 🚶‍♂️. Loved the Italian-style building and our comfy, spacious room. the staff here is top-notch, super friendly and helpful.

Rooms small but clean and comfortable enough, Restaurant well decorated and has good ambience, sufficient car park is available, not too far from the city centre.

No elevator and guests have to carry their luggages themself to the upstairs, a little traffic noise, finally the worst, the renovation construction all at the mid storey was starting at 7,30 and guests were waking up with drill and hammer noises, it was terrible.

The staff were very accommodating, they even gave us the code to the gate and building so we could check in after the reception had closed.

We had a fantastic breakfast with a variety of cheeses and muesli, and the room was modern, beautifully designed, and had useful amenities like a safe box, kettle, and climate control.

Nice price, good breakfast (not included). On walking distance from the centre (15min). Nice staff

Typically French room, so pretty small but does have the normal arrangements. Few electricity points in the room

Good clean all round decent hotel wiht a nice little resturant included.

A little further away from the train station than I expected but then partly due to an error in navigation from my part.
